Client Success Manager


A global technology company which specializes in cloud-based enterprise data management platform, is presently hiring for an experienced Client Success Manager to join their team in Singapore.


The Client Success Manager must be passionate about understanding the customer’s business to provide high level and excellent customer satisfaction, growth, or renewal opportunities. The Client Success Manager role is to be a trusted advisor through owning overall relationship building with a focus on customer retention, providing strategic business value and insights to further drive value across the customers’ business.


Ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in client services, customer success, account management, sales and account management with a background in enterprise technology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise clients simultaneously (learning and configuring their solutions, training clients and resolving client issues)
  • Good experience in program/project management. Ability to lead complex projects from planning to support; skilled in managing projects running simultaneously for multiple accounts.
  • Confident in dealing with customers – with a positive attitude and can-do mentality equipped with excellent communication skills.
