Our client, a global payments software company is hiring for an experienced Support Engineer to join their exciting team in Singapore.
The Application Support Engineer will be providing excellent service directly to global customers. The role will be evolving in responding to clients’ inquiries, logging and resolving technical issues of the software suite of modules.
Your good technical background across SDLC processes, production analysis and incident management will help you in providing exceptional customer experience beneficial to regional clients.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 8-10 years of B2B application/software support experience within the financial services and payments domain.
- Knowledgeable and hands on experience support payments and/or cards applications.
- Must have hands-on skills in PL/SQL.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is confident in dealing with APAC customers.
- Has good technical knowledge across SDLC processes, programming, production/root cause analysis, troubleshooting and incident management.
