Our client, one of the Philippines’ leading universal banks, is looking for a highly driven Delivery Lead (AVP level) to join their team in the Philippines.

 

As the Delivery Lead, you will manage and own ownership for end to end delivery from requirements gathering to deployment of large scale banking projects and initiatives; you will also lead end to end implementation from establishing project requirements to go live of enterprise solutions for the bank.

 

The Delivery Lead must have an excellent mix of technical, business and consulting background in being able to influence key decision makers and to drive multiple delivery (both business and technical) teams for successful project/solutions delivery. 

 

Ideal candidate:

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in project management, implementation and delivery within the banking and financial services domain.
  • Proven track record in driving large-scale transformational initiatives within Risk, Compliance and Audit space.
  • Has strong leadership ability. Equipped with leadership experience in guiding and driving business and technical team members for successful project/solutions delivery.
  • PMP Certified and equipped with IT Service Management (ITIL) Certifications is highly preferred
  • Strategic thinker who is passionate to solve complex problems within fast paced banking environment
