Business Development Manager – SaaS, FinTech
Based in Shanghai, China
Attractive Base + Commissions + Equity


Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 650+ team members globally, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager – SaaS, FinTech with experience in B2B sales. This role will have a direct impact on success by expanding the client’s customer base.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead the early stage of the sales opportunities that are well-positioned to become clients
  • Create and execute a prospecting plan through research, calling, email, leveraging personal networks, and following up on marketing-generated leads
  • Identify prospects’ key questions and pain-points and multi-thread within large enterprises
  • Consistent use of proven sales approaches and techniques developed internally
  • Continuously improve and research the existing business development process to improve conversion
  • Represent clients at industry events around the world
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to move deals forward.
  • Travel on a monthly basis, mostly in mainland China
  • Reporting to a territory manager, professionally adjacent to the headquarters in Israel


What you bring:

  • 7-10 years professional B2B tech sales/BD experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Sales oriented and highly motivated
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with peers
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision
