Chief Transformation Officer
Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines
300,000 – 350,000 PHP

 

 

Our client, one of the Philippines’ leading universal banks, is looking for an experienced Chief Transformation Office to join their team in the Philippines.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President Head Enterprise Technology & Operations, the CTO will be responsible for the overall strategy for the company’s use of technology in achieving its business goals and ensuring technology and product offerings meet the short and long-term needs of our transforming business.

The CTO’s primary focus is to ensure the Bank’s technical solutions meet our business needs while also building and managing a sustainable, scalable, and dynamic change & transformation team. You will be working with the ETO Head, ITG leadership team and Business Segments to set clear priorities and goals transformation and change, balancing the long-term and immediate needs.

 

 

Ideal Candidate:

 

  • At least 10 years of experience in software strategy, software design, transformation and development, worked on high level projects of financial digitalization.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, over 8 years of experience as a technology leader with demonstrated increases in responsibility up to a senior position such as Chief Architect, or CTO required.
  • Expert technical understanding and expertise with network, cloud platforms, solutions technologies required with solid credentials in engineering and architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple architecture domains including application, platform, data, infrastructure, and security required. Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
  • Excellent decision-making skills – ability to negotiate and balance decisions and manage competing priorities across multiple functional areas required. 
  • An excellent communicator, confident in dealing with key business and IT stakeholders
