Enterprise Architect Head

300,000 – 350,000 PHP
Our client, one of the Philippines’ leading universal banks, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect Head to join their team in the Philippines.
Reporting to the Division Head of Architecture, you will be responsible in overseeing and managing the design, implementation and adaptation of the bank’s enterprise architecture guardrails ensuring the IT architecture is in compliance with the bank’s standard and regulations.
Given your expertise in enterprise architecture and strong leadership skills, you will be leading and mentoring a team of architects and analysts – to equip them with better understanding and experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices; strong knowledge in across technology areas such as application, integration, data and infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 10-15 years of enterprise architecture experience within the banking and financial services industry
- Strong leadership capabilities with at least 5 years of technology leadership experience guiding and mentoring technology/engineering teams.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing and delivering large scale technology projects
- Skilled with enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS, MEGA, or ABACUS; architecture modeling tools and notations such as UML, BPMN and ArchiMate; and ability to create and maintain architecture artifacts such as roadmaps, blueprints
- Good background in SDLC processes and Agile methodologies. Knowledge in cloud trends will also be a plus.
- An excellent communicator, confident in dealing with key business and IT stakeholders
