Enterprise Sales Director – Greater China (Risk & Compliance solutions)

Our client, a global financial technology vendor with a strong reputation in the regulatory, risk and compliance technology space, is looking to hire a Sales Director to cover the North Asia/Greater China region.
As a key member of the sales team, you will focus on expanding business revenues for the region supporting regional sales, partnerships, and presales teams. You will be responsible for the company’s business success focusing on their biggest and most promising regional prospects. As you will be one of the early regional sales hires, and with the company’s strong growth plans for 2021, this role will see significant career growth and upside.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy for the Greater China region
- Achieving new business revenue targets through the sale of enterprise FSI solutions
- Networking with regulators, technology partners, consultants, and senior banking industry leaders
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
You will possess:
- 8-12 years of commercial sales experience covering enterprise BFSI solutions
- Track record of consistent over-achievement on $mil targets
- Hunter sales mentality and ability to drive C-Level conversations
- Knowledge of regulatory, risk or compliance solutions an advantage
