A leading bank in the Philippines is hiring for an experienced and seasoned Data Analytics Professional who will be responsible for leading strategic direction and execution of data-driven initiatives across the organization.
The Head of Analytics will ensure the development and implementation of robust data analytics strategies that align with business goals, drives actionable business intelligence, and supports decision-making processes for the bank. As a Data Leader, you will promote data accuracy, integrity and security while leveraging advanced analytical tools and techniques to optimize performance and drive innovation within the organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven expertise in Data Management, Data Science and /or Analytics for banks/ financial institutions
- Knowledgeable in Credit Risk Management, Risk Modeling, Collections, Fraud and/or Consumer Lending related domains
- Adept on statistical tools (Python, R, SAS) and programming languages and visualization techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey complex data in a concise understandable manner to stakeholders
