Our client, a global financial technology vendor with a strong reputation in the payments space, is hiring a Head of Sales for APAC.
This role will focus on expanding business revenues and strategies for the Asia Pacific region, supporting regional sales, partnerships, and presales teams. You will be responsible for the company’s business success, focusing on its biggest and most promising prospects in Asia.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy for the Asia Pacific region
- Manage a highly successful team of not more than five that will increase sales presence and revenues, while overseeing existing partner and distributor relationships.
- Achieving new business revenue targets through the sale of enterprise financial messaging solutions in the Asia Pacific region
- Deliver a minimum of SGD 1 million in new revenue annually through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of major RFPs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals for profitability, operational excellence, and sustainability.

You will possess:
- 10+ years of commercial sales expertise covering enterprise Financial messaging and payment solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and implementing effective business development strategies.
- Proven track record of managing highly effective sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience scaling commercial teams/departments within a technology vendor
