Head of Sales

Our client, a leading InsurTech provider with a strong reputation in the insurance and technology space, is looking to hire a Head of Sales in the US market.


As a key member of the management team, you will focus on the business growth and commercial operations in the US market, including Sales, Presales, Alliances and Platform Operation. You will be responsible for the company’s successful business growth and commercial operations in the US market: Strategic Direction, Growth, Executive client-related activities along with P&L responsibility.


You will be involved in activities such as:

  • Developing and implementing an effective growth strategy for the US market 
  • Building a highly successful team that will increase sales presence and revenues
  • A highly self-driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently on creating a market strategy and achieving new business revenue targets
  • Establish, develop and maintain business to business, consultative relationships with the C Suite, key decision-makers and influencers


You will possess:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Cloud/SaaS business and experience in running regional platforms; senior management and/or director level preferred
  • Proven track record of building highly effective teams and exceeding revenue targets
  • Established track record of coordinating and collaborating across multiple functions to close revenue
  • Experience in Cloud, SaaS, API, RPA and InsurTech industry highly preferred
