Our client is a leading Technology firm that provides enterprise solutions and growing across the APAC region, we are looking to hire a senior sales & business development professional covering the Malaysia region. This role will offer the candidate to grow into a profitable and fast-growing business. Initially starts as a senior sales who will transition into a team lead and maybe the Country Head


You will be involved in activities such as:

  • Lead a business portfolio within assigned vertical/territory developing net new business

  • Identify new opportunities within large clients; engage meaningfully with C level and Executive decision-makers at the enterprise levels

  • Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment

  • Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity

  • Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome

  • Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

  • Develop strategic partners and alliances to support Laiye’s growth, conduct joint account planning, demand generation activities, and support the sales process

  • Work with the marketing team to drive pipeline generation initiatives and create brand awareness in the country


You will possess:

  • Experience in Automation, RPA, AI, ML, Data Analytics, Document management solutions

  • The ideal candidate should be a sales hunter with a successful sales track record in software in handling large clients and complex sales

  • Account relationship and senior executive coverage with large enterprises, Government Linked Corporation, Telecommunication, Conglomerates, and Manufacturing

  • Good understanding of the Automation/ Digital transformation market (advantage)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to scale across all levels of an organization

  • Citizen or PR holder a must (not eligible for EP/work visa application)

  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers
