Sales Executive
Based in Singapore
Attractive Base + Commissions


Our client, a global fintech vendor that provides software and services to the alternative asset investment industry, is looking to hire a sales specialist to cover the SG & HK region selling into the buy-side, multi-asset class, and alternative investment spaces.


You will be involved in activities such as:

  • Meet and exceed annual revenue quotas and performance standards
  • Develop and qualify opportunities through prospecting, research, needs analysis, requirements definition, and presentations
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to meet complex prospect requirements
  • Uncover business needs through the disciplined application of sales methodology
  • Manage the proposal and contract negotiation process to close


You should have: 

  • Minimum 2-5 years of software sales experience
  • Language skills preferably Mandarin
  • Candidates experienced in selling into Buy-Side, Multi-Asset class, and Alternative Investment spaces will be considered
  • Demonstrable history of achieving and surpassing quotas on a consistent basis
  • Self-starter, someone able to find solutions to complex problems
  • Solid fintech software sales experience
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment


Extra Points for:

  • Experience in selling software in the private capital fund manager space
  • Knowledge of private capital financial reporting
  • Alternative investments knowledge
  • Consultative selling style to the C-level
  • Technical aptitude to scope, define needs and offer customized software and service solutions
  • Hunter mentality preferred over Farmer
