Senior Customer Success Manager

Our client, an exciting financial technology company specialise in risk & compliance solutions, is presently hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will proactively manage the company’s existing clients – through relationship building and managing their satisfaction – with the goal of retaining such clients for the long term.
In addition, as Senior Customer Success Manager – you will be responsible in ensuring they are satisfied with the company’s products and services through consistently reviewing their activities, troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating issue resolution, training clients with the use of the software, and on occasion, implementing new modules.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience preferably from commercial software companies/vendors
- Has good Financial Services industry experience, with a focus in investment management or compliance space will be an advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise clients simultaneously (learning and configuring their software/solutions, training clients, and resolving client issues)
- Good skills in customer relationship-building; and equipped with excellent communication skills
