An exciting technology company is presently hiring for an experienced QA/Testing Unit Head to join their team in Makati. You will be ensuring the highest product quality standards for high-performance and scalable applications for the bank.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams – one must have experience in leading technical engineers (both manual and automation testers) with strong hands-on skills in Non-functional Testing/Performance Testing for banking applications/services.

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 10 years of software QA experience with expertise in various testing processes and methodologies with the banking & financial services industry; with at least 3 years of team leadership/management experience.
- Experience in leadership roles, skilled in managing teams covering manual testing, automation testing, non-functional testing and/or performance testing.
- Strong background and expertise in software QA/testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Equipped with professional certifications such as ISTQB would be a plus.
