Technical Account Manager – Global Support Team
SGD 120,000 – 150,000

A globally well-known financial technology vendor is hiring for a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Singapore.

As Technical Account Manager, you will be part of the Global Support Team responsible for working and providing support to clients’ IT teams in regards with complex Application’s production issues. You will act as the main support contact for the assigned financial services clients and be the primary lead in driving such issues to resolution within the timely manner.

Interested candidates must have a solid background in technical support with good experience in Windows and Linux Operating Systems Administration, has practical experience in ITIL implementation and knowledgeable in various web & network technologies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 10 years of technical support experience for large scale businesses within the financial services or related industries
  • Good understanding of Windows and Linux Operating Systems Administration
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Active Directory, IIS and other web and network technologies
  • Background in database technologies and ability to write basic SQL queries; with knowledge on scripting languages is an advantage
