Our client, one of the Philippines' leading universal banks, is looking for a highly driven Technology Delivery Manager to join their team in the Philippines.
As the Delivery Manager, you will manage and own ownership for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking projects and initiatives; you will also lead end-to-end implementation from establishing project requirements to go live of enterprise solutions for the bank.
The Delivery Manager must have an excellent mix of technical project management & business consulting background in being able to influence key decision-makers and to drive multiple delivery teams for successful project/solutions delivery.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in project implementation and delivery within the banking and financial services domain
- Strong background in Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC - design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation)
- Must have an excellent mix of technical project management & business consulting background in being able to influence key decision-makers and to drive multiple delivery teams for successful project/solutions delivery.
- Strategic thinker who is passionate to solve complex problems within fast paced banking environment
