Technology Delivery Manager (AVP)

Our client, one of the Philippines’ leading universal banks, is looking for a highly driven Technology Delivery Manager (AVP level) to join their team in the Philippines.
As the Delivery Manager, you will manage and own ownership for the end to end delivery of large scale banking projects and initiatives; you will also lead end to end implementation from establishing project requirements to go live of enterprise solutions for the bank.
The Delivery Manager must have an excellent mix of technical, business and consulting background in being able to influence key decision makers and to drive multiple delivery (both business and technical) teams for successful project/solutions delivery.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in project implementation and delivery within the banking and financial services domain
- Strong background in Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC – design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation)
- Equipped with technical background and hands-on experience in code development, system integration and debugging
- Working knowledge on IT technologies e.g. Java, .Net; Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, OS400, etc.), Databases (Oracle, MS SQL, etc.), plus Network and Infrastructure
- Strategic thinker who is passionate to solve complex problems within fast paced banking environment
