A multinational fintech company specialized in cloud based risk and compliance financial solutions is hiring for a Client Operations (Support) Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is requiring deep experience in client support, incident management, service delivery and cloud based financial software/solutions.
As Client Operations Manager, you will lead the team servicing & supporting both on-premise and SaaS customers. You will monitor and improve cloud service operations with a focus on reliability, uptime, and performance metrics; and lead the team in owning and resolving complex customer escalations in collaboration with Technical, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 10 years of experience in client /customer operation or customer success roles within the fintech/financial services industry
- Has 5 years of managerial/leadership role, guiding and mentoring high performance teams
- Must have strong understanding of Cloud Platforms (either AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS environments
- Proven track record in managing customer escalations and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
- Knowledgeable with ITIL processes and continuous service improvement strategies
- Excellent communication skills. Confident in dealing with clients/customers and stakeholders.
