This role will focus on acquiring new mid-market and enterprise clients within the financial services sector, with the Philippines as the primary market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales process by building, managing, and growing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle—positioning solutions against competitors and successfully closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Create and execute quarterly sales plans aligned with the company strategy to meet pipeline and regional targets.
- Partner with marketing and internal teams to strengthen brand presence, generate demand, and ensure market alignment.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders by addressing customer challenges and demonstrating unique business value, fostering both new and expanded partnerships.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to unlock new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry associations, events, and partnerships—delivering impactful presentations to audiences at all seniority levels.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve performance and challenge the status quo.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of solution selling experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise, or banking software.
- Proven record of exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, with success in closing complex deals in Southeast Asia (especially the Philippines).
- High personal drive, engagement, and resilience in achieving results.
- Business fluency in English.
- Background in banking, fintech, or financial inclusion, with an established industry network.
