Enterprise Sales Leader - Malaysia

Our client is a global technology vendor with a strong footprint across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. They deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions to some of the world’s largest financial institutions and corporates. With strong growth ambitions in Asia, they are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader to lead and execute their Malaysia commercial strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building and leading a team, and expanding strategic accounts across the region. This is a leadership role with strong visibility and influence on regional GTM strategy.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in Malaysia.
- Identify and close large enterprise deals ($500K–$1M+) across BFSI and other key verticals.
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team to expand market share.
- Drive business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and account penetration.
- Build strong C-level client and partner relationships, ensuring long-term account growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Represent the company at major industry events and conferences.
You will possess:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales/services experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in Malaysia
- Strong network and experience within the BFSI, Corporates or enterprise tech sector.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams in fast-growing markets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales management.
