The role will lead, overseeing solution delivery, customer success, and implementation excellence for enterprise clients across the region.
- Lead the APAC delivery and professional services strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional market needs.
- Build and manage high-performing teams to deliver successful enterprise implementations with strong governance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key client relationships, driving customer success, retention, and business growth.
- Own regional services P&L, resource planning, forecasting, utilization, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and global teams to drive continuous improvement, solution enhancements, and scalable delivery excellence.
Competitive Package
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or consulting, including 5+ years in regional leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex SaaS, analytics, or enterprise technology solutions to large retail and CPG organizations across APAC.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, supply chain, category management, and pricing.
- Proven commercial leadership with experience managing P&L, regional operations, and multi-country delivery teams.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers.
- Experienced in leading and developing geographically dispersed, multicultural teams across the Asia-Pacific region.
