Head of Sales- PH
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead the commercial growth of our two core business lines: our AI-powered eKYC and risk management platform (AAI), and our credit bureau solutions (CBP). This is a key leadership position focused on accelerating revenue, strengthening enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding our market footprint across the Philippines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales—preferably within fintech, regtech, or SaaS environments, and possess a deep understanding of commercial strategy coupled with technical acumen. This role requires ownership of the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure and post-sale client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process—lead generation, opportunity management, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and ongoing account development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans, including:
- Revenue forecasting
- Market penetration strategies
- Account segmentation and mapping
- Stakeholder identification
- Cross-functional alignment
- Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for both:
- AAI: eKYC, risk and fraud prevention, AI-based process automation
- CBP: credit bureau services, data partnerships, scoring and analytics solutions
- Leverage existing high-value relationships, particularly in the banking, financial services, fintech, and public sectors, to open doors and accelerate growth.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key client decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Ensure client success by working cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver value-aligned solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to guide strategy and execution, identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and navigating market dynamics.
- Stay well-versed in our technical offerings, the competitive landscape, and pricing models to effectively position our solutions and drive client engagement.
- Provide regular insights and updates to senior leadership and collaborate closely with the Country Manager on strategic initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required to support broader company objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, ideally in fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
- Deep experience selling to and managing C-level stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Proven success managing high-value client portfolios, particularly within banking and financial institutions.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, organizational ability, and forecasting expertise.
- Familiarity with complex B2B sales environments, ideally with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to use insights to inform strategy and drive results.
- Professional presence, strong networking capabilities, and solid technical proficiency.
