The role focuses on identifying and converting new sales opportunities, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue through direct sales, strategic partnerships, and cross-selling initiatives. It requires a strong commercial mindset, proactive business development, and the ability to build and grow strategic client relationships.
- Develop and execute business strategy with clear medium- and long-term objectives.
- Define and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans for assigned territories or markets.
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Drive revenue growth through new and existing channel partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts, and report progress to management.
- Collaborate with product teams to inform product enhancements and market fit.
- Build industry presence through events, presentations, and participation in relevant associations.
- Work with internal stakeholders to create business plans, account strategies, and GTM tactics.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure CRM accuracy and discipline.
- Support team enablement, training, and development for effective market execution.
- Serve as an escalation point for regional issues and ensure client satisfaction metrics are met.
Competitive Package
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in sales, channel/partnership management, or business development.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and creating new products, markets, or client segments.
- Experience in defining and executing GTM strategies.
- Strong networking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
