Head of Sales - Sales Planning and Development

Your Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the president and CEO, Will review the overall sales process, sales planning process, sales effectiveness, KPI setting and analysis and execute plans to address gaps or improve implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Head to establish and maintain a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with pertinent teams to enhance the capacity and performance of the sales team.
• Spearhead change management initiatives and guarantee efficient execution.
• Serve as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when the head of sales is absent.

You must have:

• Extensive experience in devising sales plans and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Proven leadership abilities, exceptional adaptability, and effective collaboration skills, earning respect from peers and successfully working with leaders across various departments.
• Possesses a solid analytical mindset, capable of translating sales data into practical insights.
• Ideally, candidate should have prior experience in financial institutions, with a preference for B2B experience.
• Ideally, candidate should have a commendable track record in selling to the top 30 banks or major accounts.
• Proficient in key account management, understanding the essential elements required for the growth of key accounts.
• 5+ years work experience in Sales highly preferred
