Summary:
- The Project Director will be working with the senior management and regional branch of leadership to drive the bank's IT and digital strategy for the Philippines, aligning with the overall IT and digital strategy led by the regional branch leadership.
Our client is one of the world's leading financial groups. This brand offers services such as commercial banking, trust banking, securities, credit cards, consumer finance, asset management, and leasing.
As Project Director s/he will assist the Department Head in managing the daily operations and ensure that the IT strategy goal of the Philippine office aligns with the global and regional branches.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Drive the transformation in line with the global, regional and Philippines technology strategy to support business growth and create efficiencies.
- Will be the key point of contact of the Executive Committee and stakeholders on IT-related topics
- Will be responsible for vendor management specifically in technology
Competitive package and benefits
You will possess:
- Must have 15 years of experience in IT project management/delivery in software development, and application support.
- Posses a good experience with good knowledge in the following: 1) Core banking, loans and deposits, and liquidity management; 2) SDLC framework and bank’s regulatory framework
- Having bank operations and a good understanding of ops procedures is a very good plus for the role
