We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales Director, to spearhead new business development in the Indonesia. This senior role is ideal for a proven sales leader with a strong hunter mentality, extensive network in the enterprise space, and demonstrated success in selling SaaS, AI, cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.

You will be responsible for building our market presence , driving new customer acquisition, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. As one of the first senior hires in the country, this is a high-impact role with significant autonomy and growth potential.
 


  • Establish a strong presence in the country and position the organization as a trusted partner for AI-driven digital transformation.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers across priority industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, logistics, and retail.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, solution discovery, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and manage relationships with ecosystem partners, including ISVs, resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances, to expand market reach.
  • Understand customer pain points and clearly articulate the value of AI and cloud-based solutions
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and regional teams to localize solutions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the local market.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management, provide reliable sales forecasts, and deliver regular market insights to regional leadership.

Competitive Package

  • Strong enterprise sales experience  preferably in SaaS, AI, cloud platforms, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
  • Strong C-level and enterprise decision-maker network in Indonesia across key verticals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with high energy, strong ownership mindset, and ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and digital customer experience solutions is a strong plus.
