Position Summary:

The primary focus of this role is to work with our global sales teams to activate and accelerate revenue growth among B2B and B2C technology clients.

The successful candidate will be creative, determined, and passionate about the development of integrated marketing solutions and driving sales revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help with the development of integrated program strategies and proposals. 
  • Partnering with sales management and sales, product management, client strategy, marketing, and other functional groups to develop and maintain materials, grow revenue and products.
  • Develop sales representatives’ by providing coaching, joining sales calls/meetings, conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a training strategy, program, and curriculum to increase product and services revenue, productivity, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the development of integrated marketing programs for technology and consumer clients. 
  • Demonstrated experience of sales enablement or sales related support with a proven track record for driving sales revenue  
  • Passion for working with and improving sales productivity, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with sales teams.  
  • Ability to adjust techniques to accommodate various learning styles and work cross functionally and globally with our teams across the world.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Must be a dynamic speaker with proven ability to get participants excited about the topics being presented.
