Senior Data Engineer/Technical Lead

Given your technical expertise and skills, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and scalable applications using Scala technology, ensuring efficient data processing and analysis. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices for data engineering.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in software development/data engineering, preferably within the banking & financial services industries
• Expertise in developing and implementing data platforms/applications 
• Strong hands-on experience in Scala-related technologies. Background in Python and/or Java technologies will be a plus
• Good experience in leading and managing technical team members for the lead role.
• Comfortable in Agile methodologies with a proven track record in leading successful project deliveries to production environments
