Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across banks, fintechs, and related industries.
- Lead early prospect conversations, shaping use cases and business value before handover to technical teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Develop account strategies focused on both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, positioning us as a thought leader in AI-driven risk and customer management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data Science, Product, Professional Services) to ensure customer success.
- Provide market insights to refine go-to-market strategy, pricing, and solution roadmap.
- Build lasting client relationships based on trust, value, and consistent engagement.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 8–12 years in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or data-driven platforms; minimum 5 years in enterprise sales.
- Proven success selling to financial services or fintech clients in Malaysia (Tier 1–2 banks, large NBFIs, or fintechs).
- Strong consultative sales skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Knowledge in credit risk, fraud, onboarding, or collections.
- Comfortable discussing AI, analytics, and data-driven decisioning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Team player with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
