Solutions Architect – IT Infrastructure

We are currently hiring for a Presales Solutions Architect with a solid background in IT Infrastructure. This is for a global technology consulting company specializing in cloud, AI & analytics solutions in Jakarta.
Given your technical expertise, you will partner closely with sales teams to understand clients’ needs and design tailored solutions for their businesses. You will provide technical expertise across the stages of presales, solution design, client integrations and overall implementation. In addition, you will create proof of concepts and develop detailed proposals while collaborating with various departments to ensure successful delivery.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in client facing roles such as presales/solution architect/solution consulting or similar positions preferably within the IT consulting/services industry.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms either in AWS or GCP. Professional certification is a plus.
- Confident in conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs), detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
- Experienced in designing and implementing cloud-based IT solutions.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure-related processes.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and infrastructure as code
