A global vendor in the technology space is presently hiring for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.
As Business Analyst you are responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, clients’ business models and processes, leading workshops, assisting in solutions design and supporting the development efforts in the whole process of software development lifecycle and providing documentation that meets the clients’ business needs.
The Business Analyst is also expected to lead client presentations, run demonstrations, demonstrate product proficiency and provide training to end users.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 15 years relevant experience as a business analyst, functional consultant or other client facing roles within the fintech/ financial services industry.
- Solid experience and/or involvement in fintech and/or data related software.
- Excellent communicator, confident in delivering presentations and product demonstrations, running workshops and trainings
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management, efficient in coordinating and managing client's expectations
